The Challenge

Ajras, an innovative Saudi Arabian FinTech startup, needed to build a secure and professional web platform for their 'Rent Now, Pay Later' service for commercial real estate. The primary challenge was to create a user experience that felt trustworthy and simple for business owners applying for financing, while also conveying the credibility needed to attract high-value property owners to list with them.

The Solution

I led the frontend development for the Ajras marketing site and client portal using Next.js and TypeScript. The solution focused on: 1. **Building Trust:** I developed a clean, professional, and mobile-responsive interface that clearly communicates their value proposition and security measures, which is crucial for a financial services company. 2. **Streamlining Applications:** I built a multi-step application form that simplifies the complex process of submitting financial documents and business information, improving the user completion rate. 3. **Client Portal Foundation:** I created the authenticated space where both tenants and property owners could log in to manage their accounts, view payment schedules, and track application statuses.
